Norma Swanson, M.A., educational consultant, is the founder and president of Window to the World, Inc., and is a long time teacher and educator. She served as the confidential assistant to the Deputy Undersecretary of Intergovernmental and Interagency Affairs, U.S. Department of Education and Assistant Director of Education for the U.S. Commission of the Bicentennial of the Constitution. She is included in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Women, and the American Biographical Institute. She was named in Outstanding Women of America, 1997. She has authored several children’s books and is the recipient of numerous awards in the areas of professional service in education.
Paul Tooley Jr, co-host of Education Currents, was born in the state of Washington to a missionary family and spent his childhood exploring the world, including many years in Nigeria. He graduated from Columbia Union College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and has served as a principal and as a teacher in both public and private schools for more than 24 years. He has written and compiled curriculum for several schools and was an invited member on the accreditation teams for St. Andrews Day School and Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC. Paul was awarded the Praxis Award of Excellence for scoring in the top 15% of teachers across the nation. He has written professionally for children's magazines and also enjoys song writing and audio production in his own studio. Dr. Rose Gamblin was born in Walla Walla, Washington. At the age of 11 she and her family went to Nigeria West Africa as missionaries. She has her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southwestern University. She has taught in both public and private schools, infant through college levels. She earned a Master’s of Education Administration from Frostburg State University, and has completed her PhD in Leadership from Andrews University. She writes and produces two weekly radio talk shows—Homeschool Companion, and Education Currents. As an educational consultant, she was instrumental in the development of the, I Can Read series, the Life Skills Curriculum, and is a contributing author for Kids’ Ministry Ideas, and LEAD magazines, and various Children's Evangelism kits. She is available as a presenter covering topics on education, prevention, broadcasting, and family life.

Brian Robak was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He serves as Vice President of Marketing and Promotion. Brian completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the field of Criminology. In 2008, he earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University. For the past 10 years, he has been employed by a consumer packaged goods company and has held a variety of positions including sales analyst and area manager. He is available as a business consultant.

Cathy Jackson, President of Jackson Administrative Services, was born in Brewster, Washington but moved with her family to Maryland where she graduated from Highland View Academy and then majored in music education and office administration at Washington University. She has taught piano, voice, choir and bells in private schools for more than 20 years. Currently she does the marketing and promotions for MRG Media Ministries and teaches piano lessons, accompanies various choirs for Highland View Academy and Mt. Aetna Adventist Elementary School. She is also the organist at New Street United Methodist Church and homeschools her two children. Cathy lives in Western Maryland with her two girls, ages 6 and 12, and her husband of 24 years.
